What is a Job?
A job is a work order created in GeoOP and then dispatched to one of your mobile workers. Every time you create a job it deducts one job credit from your job credit balance. Job credits are prepaid.
Are there any costs to Setup?
No there are no costs to setup GeoOP whatsoever.
Are there any costs for Support?
No. Comprehensive online and phone support is included in our pricing.
What is needed to make GeoOP work?
You will need some staff, an Internet-enabled computer and smartphones with data connections.
I'm not good with technology, can someone give me a hand?
We sure can, we have GeoOP resellers in most countries whom can help you get going and provide additional product support.
Do Job Credits ever expire?
No, however the 20 free ones you get for signing up will expire after 4 weeks.
How many users can I have?
As many as you like.
