If your mobile staff have standard mobile phones, GeoOP has a solution. When a job is entered and then allocated to a mobile worker with a basic mobile phone, the job is sent to them as a text message. Standard mobile phones can't handle real time updates, GPS feedback or other advanced features, however Job2Txt is usually cheaper than a phone call and has the extra advantage of being actionable at a time that is most convenient and safe for your mobile worker.

GeoOP can also send SMS and emails messages, containing whatever information you want, to your staff and your customers. Messages sent from GeoCommand or any of the GeoOP mobile applications are logged against the job to ensure all relevant staff are kept in the communications loop.
