  • What am I doing today?

    No more whiteboards or job sheets. See all your jobs right on your iPhone. The home screen is your job list for the day ahead and any past jobs you haven’t finished yet. This list can be sorted by date or even by distance from your current location. Job details and any notes or files attached to a job are just a finger press away.

    The Job list can display just your jobs, the whole companies jobs or unassigned jobs. To see "All Jobs" and "unassigned jobs" you must have the permission enabled by your GeoOP account administrator. 

  • Who, Where, When & What 

    Welcome to the future of the Job sheets. Realtime, detailed and instantly accessible.  

    Need to see what jobs have been done for Doug in the past? No problem, simply tab on the client field to reveal all Doug's full details and complete job history. 

    Maybe you need to let Doug know that you're running ten minutes late, simply tap on his mobile number to send him a SMS. The SMS is then sent via GeoOP so that it can be added to the Job history. 

    Perhaps Doug needs to reschedule, simply hit the edit button to change the time or change the job status to "On hold - Reschedule job"

  •      Job Status 

    Has the job started yet? Why is it on hold? Are you finished yet? All these needless phone calls can now stop. 

    Job statuses are GeoOPs way of letting everyone know where are a job is at without the hassle of typing notes. As every industry is different, job statuses are completely customizable to your organization. 

  • Notes, Audio, Parts, Labor, Files, Signatures, Photos, Payments 

    The who, where, when and what is important but more often than not, a job has more information attached to it. Now you can add text notes, audio memo, photos, parts, labor, time, payments, signatures and even view PDF, word or excel files added to the job by the dispatcher. 


  •  How do I get there?

    The last tab within the GeoOP electronic job sheet shows the location of the job on a google map. Simply push on the tab and you'll see where you need to be. 

    Press the "directions to here" button and choose from one of four navigation options. Google Maps, TomTom, Syic or Navigon.
